People’s knowledge, perceptions and attitudes

The success in conservation is dependent on the involvement of communities. The project conducts important research to understand indigenous knowledge which is important in the conservation of some species. The public’s perceptions and attitudes towards biodiversity conservation are also studied to determine existing barriers to the adoption of conservation technologies.
